Timetable

The Paper Timetable at the Convention supersedes digital timetables

At least one slot per hour is kept available for workshops to be written up on the day.  See Key Events for more information and Chill Spaces for unscheduled areas.

A PDF of the timetable as at Wednesday midday has been added. 

If you are interested in running a workshop, discussion, presentation or stall at AJC 2025, please get in contact! Similarly if you have any resources from your workshop that you would like distributed please let us know.

We would also love to have more volunteers helping out at the Front Desk - if you've got half an hour or an hour to spare during the convention please come and add your name to the list!
